INAUGURAL LAB | 24 MARCH 2026
Enterprise Efficiency as a system of governance, investment and growth
Executive Positioning
A free, invitation-only inaugural lab, reserved for CEOs, COOs and HR Directors, designed for those who govern the enterprise and must make decisions in a context dominated by AI, digital transformation, regulatory pressure and budget constraints.
Limited attendance – maximum 30 participants.
The real context
In 2026, organisations are shaped by:
- digitalisation programmes,
- Artificial Intelligence initiatives,
- change and project management efforts,
- regulatory and sustainability pressures,
- increasing focus on skills and capabilities.
Many of these investments are appropriate. The problem is that they remain fragmented. AI is entering HR, Operations, Sales, Customer Care, Risk and Compliance, often without a single governance model, increasing decision-making complexity, overlaps and value dispersion.
The real bottleneck today is not technological.
It is decisional and organisational.
A shift in perspective
This lab introduces a clear paradigm shift:
- from initiatives to systems
- from episodic training to structural capability
- from development costs to financeable investments
- from Operational Excellence to Quality of Business
This is where the concept of Enterprise Efficiency emerges.
What is explored in the lab
During the lab, participants will explore and discuss:
The efficiency paradox
Why many organisations improve locally but fail to consolidate value over time.
AI as a decision lever
How to integrate Artificial Intelligence into decision-making processes without creating fragmentation, risk or technological dependency.
Enterprise Efficiency as a System™
A model that integrates:
- operational efficiency,
- AI supporting decision-making,
- Lean as a common organisational language,
- Lean for Green as the link between P&L and EP&L.
People-Led Transformation
Why people are not a support function, but the true multiplier of transformation.
From training to investment
How to connect capability development, governance and economic results. The lab makes the existence of a System™ visible, without entering into methodological or proprietary details. It is an inaugural and strategic event, not a traditional training course.
Value for participants
Participants will:
clarify where value dispersion originates today,
acquire a shared language across CEO, COO and HR,
understand how to activate structured transformation paths,
return to their organisations with a clear foundation to launch strategy-aligned, funded training programmes.
Alignment with funding frameworks
The lab is designed in alignment with the 2026 priorities of:
Banking and Insurance Training Fund (FBA)
Fondirigenti
Fondimpresa
Lombardy Region and European policies
with a focus on:
advanced managerial capabilities,
decision-making and governance,
AI governance,
sustainable organisational transformation.
The goal is not “to run a course”, but to activate financeable and continuous transformation paths.
Format
A strategic, invitation-only lab (max 30 participants) featuring:
peer-to-peer dialogue (CEO / COO / HR),
real and plausible business cases,
guided decision-making exercises,
high-level strategic discussion.
During the lab, the inaugural book by Alessandro Morelli will be presented:
Enterprise Efficiency
AI, People and Lean for Green as a Business System
