Value Stream Mapping (VSM) is one of the most powerful tools in enterprise agility. When facilitated effectively, it connects strategy to execution, reveals systemic bottlenecks, and enables organizations to improve flow across teams, departments, and technologies.
The SAFe Advanced Facilitation – Value Stream Mapping program provides leaders, coaches, and facilitators with advanced skills to design and lead high-impact VSM workshops within SAFe environments.
Participants learn to map the current state, analyze constraints, design the future state, and build actionable plans that translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

- Target Audience
- Completion of SAFe RTE or Implementing SAFe training recommended
- Familiarity with Lean, Agile, or Value Stream concepts
